Driver / Operator of Company Vehicles
Provides courteous and efficient delivery of packages and related customer service functions.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED
- None
Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities
- Able to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner
- Able to lift 50 lbs.
- Able to maneuver packages of any weight above 50 lbs. with appropriate equipment and/or assistance from another person
- Good human relations and verbal communication skills
- At least 21 years of age
- Ability to read and speak the English language sufficiently to understand traffic signs, communicate with traffic safety officials and to respond to official inquiries and directions in accordance with FMCSA enforcement guidance
Job Conditions
- Must be licensed for type of vehicle assigned
- Neat appearance since customer contact may be required
- Drivers vehicles not regulated by section 391 of the federal motor carrier safety regulations
