About the role
As an integral member of the pharmacy team, you will be responsible for drug delivery to Lifecare facilities and delivery of letters, packages, and reports essential to the function of Sentara Rx. You will operate a vehicle safely, keep it clean and well maintained, and handle various transport duties.
Responsibilities
- Perform as a transporter for deposits, medications, equipment, supplies, x-ray films, lab specimens, letters, marketing materials, and packages.
- Complete 25% of all daily routes with flexibility to work all three shifts in any geographic area when required.
- Operate vehicle safely and maintain vehicle cleanliness.
- Maintain vehicle safety logs and submit requests for maintenance/repairs in a timely manner.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (Required).
- Valid Driver’s License (Required).
