Responsibilities

Driver/operator of company vehicles provides courteous and efficient delivery and pick-up of packages, checks shipments for conformance to FedEx features of service, and provides related customer service functions. Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma/GED.
• Must be licensed for the type of vehicle assigned.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must meet qualifications as outlined in Section 391 of the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations.
• Requires a medical exam in accordance with FMCSA or FAA regulations (non‑covered safety‑sensitive position).
• Ability to read and speak English sufficiently to understand traffic signs, communicate with traffic safety officials, and respond to official inquiries and directions per FMCSA enforcement guidance.

Skills

• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Ability to maneuver packages of any weight above 50 lbs. with appropriate equipment and/or assistance from another person.
• Good human relations and verbal communication skills.
• Neat appearance (customer contact required).
• Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner.

Pay

Pay: $25.42‑$35.96 per hour

Schedule

Part‑time: Tuesday‑Saturday
