Courier/CDL Driver LLH

Overview

Captures and executes all transportation needs for residents including medical appointments and facility outings. Assists all departments with transportation needs of residents and/or potential prospects. Responsible for vehicle maintenance and general upkeep.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates positive customer service behaviors consistently.
• Strives to meet/exceed the needs of the facility's customers/residents by demonstrating flexibility and sense of urgency to create a service excellence experience.
• Responsible for assuring safe practices in accordance with RHS policies and procedures.
• Notifies Transportation Coordinator or Director of Resident Services when required vehicle maintenance is needed.
• Demonstrates the ability to plan transportation routes to decrease vehicle mileage and gas consumption.
• Completes paperwork to ensure accurate and timely completion of records.
• Maintains transportation and maintenance logs for facility vehicles and logs residents' participation in facility outings.
• Demonstrates the ability to prioritize and accomplish assignments with accuracy and timeliness (meeting work schedules, work assignments, and deadlines).
• Maintains positive interactions with fellow team members, residents, and visitors.
• Affords assistance with billing inquiries, questions, or concerns from customers. Follows up in a timely manner.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience: 2 years driving commercial vehicles (preferred).
• Licenses and Certifications: Commercial Drivers License (CDL), Certified Auto External Defibrillator (AED), First Aid.
• Valid Drivers License required to drive personal vehicle for RHS business 25% or more of the time.

Pay

Hiring range is $15.60 - $20.25 hourly. Actual pay is determined based on job-related factors such as relevant experience, education, credentials, skills, internal equity, and business needs.
