Duties and Responsibilities
- Transports all necessary materials to and from assigned locations within the CCHS system.
- Performs special assignments to other departments that request service, including dispatch calls from outside vendors and other Health Care faculties.
- Moves equipment and other supplies & materials as needed between CCHS locations.
- Operates a 28 passenger Shuttle Service transporting patients, visitors, and employees.
- Performs operator preventive maintenance daily on assigned vehicles and cleans as necessary or assigned.

- Performs assigned work safely, adhering to established departmental safety rules and practices; reports to supervisor, in a timely manner, any unsafe activities, conditions, hazards, or safety violations that may cause injury to oneself, other employees, patients and visitors.
Hours
24/7 Operation Must be flexible to work a rotating schedule of day, evening & overnight shifts including weekends.
Education and Experience Requirements
- High School graduate or equivalent.
- CDL-class B or A operators license with a Passenger endorsement.
- Two years CDL driving experience is preferred.
