Couples and Family Therapist - Hiring Incentive Eligible

Join us as a Therapist to provide culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments and tailored outpatient individual and family therapy, supporting clients' mental health journeys. Develop crisis, safety, relapse prevention, and wellness plans to promote client stability.Participate in case consultations, agency meetings, and discharge planning to enhance client care.Complete billing, documentation, treatment plans, and insurance forms accurately and timely.Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, dietitians, and administrative staff for holistic care. Qualifications Include Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling, or related field.Clinical licensure (LCSW, LCPC) preferred; experience with couples and families (LGMFT or LMFT licensure) encouraged.Passion for mental health, ongoing professional development, and ethical practice.Strong communication skills, rapport-building ability, and effective time management.
