Couple Driving Technician Team

Job Summary

HCI Hire's Couples and Partners Only! Offers generous flat rate per diem of $240 per day for hotel rooms over $110/night, sign-on bonus of $5,000 for new driving teams with a 12-month agreement, and company-provided vehicles, equipment, and fuel covering all travel expenses. Full-time teams get 2 weeks of back-to-back vacation each summer, with 6-8 weeks of paid training included.

Requirements

• Must be willing and able to travel 100% including weekends.
• Must be physically fit and able to carry equipment and power cords to and from work sites, climb in and out of work vehicles, and walk to and from work sites and up and down stairs, and sit and stand for extended periods.
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor while working without direct supervision.
• Must have a valid Driver's License or one CLASS A CDL per team.
• Must have clean driving records and be able to pass background checks.
• Must complete approximately 6-8 weeks of training and certification (paid).
• Both team members must be USA citizens.
