County Mental Health Program Specialist 1 - Planning and Development (Local Government)
About the role
This position supports the development and coordination of adult mental health programs within Washington County BHDS. It focuses on program monitoring, evaluation, quality assurance, and collaboration with service providers.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate activities across multiple mental health services and support programs
- Review program data and evaluate service effectiveness
- Communicate with consumers, families, and service providers to support program needs
- Track delivery of key services such as peer supports, housing programs, and rehabilitative services
- Aid in gathering and organizing information for planning and development
Requirements
Minimum Experience and Training Requirements: Two years of professional level experience in the field of mental health; and a bachelor's degree; or An equivalent combination of experience and training.
Other Requirements: You must meet the PA residency requirement.

Schedule
Full-time employment. Work hours are 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday, with 30-minute lunch.
You will not have the option to telework in this position.
