About the role
The County of San Mateo is seeking a highly qualified County Health Officer to serve the community's public health needs.
Responsibilities
- Lead public health initiatives and programs within San Mateo County.
- Provide expert guidance on health policies and regulations.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders, including the Board of Supervisors, to address public health challenges.

Qualifications
Applicants must meet the minimum qualifications to advance through the examination process, which includes an application screening and a multi-layered interview process. A brief exercise may be evaluated immediately preceding the interview.
