This position focuses on helping individuals maintain stable housing through guidance, education, and supportive case management. The role centers on working with community partners to create long-term housing success.
Responsibilities
- Guidance Support: Provide direction and education to individuals experiencing financial strain
- Community Coordination: Work with local programs, landlords, and system partners to support housing stability
- Case Management Services: Deliver supportive case management that promotes healthier and stronger families
- Resource Connections: Help individuals access community services that meet their needs
- Collaborative Care: Partner with Joinder Programs to strengthen the overall continuum of care
Requirements
Required Experience, Training & Eligibility
- Minimum Experience and Training Requirements: Six months of experience as a County Caseworker 1; or Successful completion of the County Social Casework Intern program; or A bachelor's degree with a social welfare major; or A bachelor's degree which includes or is supplemented by 12 college credits in sociology, social welfare, psychology, gerontology, criminal justice, or other related social sciences and one year of professional social casework experience in a public or private social service agency; or Any equivalent combination of experience and training which includes 12 college credits in sociology, social welfare, psychology, gerontology, criminal justice, or other related social sciences.
- Other Requirements: PA residency requirement is currently waived for this title. You must be able to perform essential job functions.

Legal Requirements: A conditional offer of employment will require a drug screening. A conditional offer of employment will require submission of criminal history reports.
