About the role

Pine Belt Mental Healthcare Resources is seeking a Mental Health Administrator for their Pike County Mental Health Center. This position involves supervising operations and providing daily supervision for staff and center operations.

Responsibilities

• Directs and coordinates activities for facility, including supervising and training staff.
• Captures and interprets data reflective of consumer status to identify individual needs.
• Coordinates and provides limited outpatient services.
• Conducts staff meetings and oversees attainment of goals for the program; general consultation, education, and advocacy to other community agencies.
• Serves as a liaison between the clinical treatment team and other staff and department heads to ensure efficient program operations.

Requirements

• Master's degree in behavioral health field required.
• Professional clinical license required.
• Behavioral health internship required.
