Country Program Management (CPM) Support

Responsibilities

• Provide financial and logistical support to the CPM and Central Case Management (CCM) team in developing, administering, and overseeing execution of Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Letters of Offer and Acceptance (LOAs).
• Research and analyze LOAs to determine logistical, contract award, financial, supply, and shipment status using U.S. Army supply systems.
• Support the CPM in coordinating with USASAC, Security Cooperation Offices (SCOs), and other Security Assistance entities within the SA Enterprise.
• Advise and assist SCOs on Army‑related Security Assistance matters and assist in the pre‑LOR requirements determination process.
• Represent USASAC at meetings when the Country Program Manager or Country Case Manager cannot attend.
• Promote a closer working relationship with the customer and ensure USASAC alignment with AMC/DOD priorities.
• Utilize basic knowledge of the Security Cooperation Information Portal (SCIP) to determine status of supply actions, procurement information, substitutions, requisition delays, rejections, stock number changes, unit‑of‑issue changes, quantity changes, referrals, delivery delays, cancellation acknowledgments, shipment status, and financial status.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• 8–10 years of related Foreign Military Sales (FMS) and/or logistics experience.

Preferred Skills

• Demonstrated knowledge of logistics.
• Technical competence.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
