We are seeking an experienced Countertop Templater / CAD Technician to join our Boise/Meridian team. This is a hands-on technical position for someone who understands construction, measurements, CAD, and the importance of getting the details right. What You'll Do Travel to residential and commercial job sites to complete accurate countertop templates and measurementsCreate digital drawings and CAD files for custom countertops and sinksPrepare files for CNC fabrication and productionComplete work orders with precise measurements, sink and cooktop cutouts, faucet holes, radiuses, edges, and other specificationsRead and interpret blueprints, schematics, and job specificationsIdentify required modifications and communicate installation or templating requirements to customersWork closely with Sales, Operations, and Production to ensure accurate and timely job informationRespond professionally to customer questions while on-siteSubmit completed templates and work orders within required timelinesMaintain company vehicle and equipmentPerform other duties as assigned What We're Looking For Experience is required. We are looking for someone who can step into the role and contribute immediately. 1-2+ years of experience with Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and CAM softwarePrevious experience in countertop templating, fabrication, installation, drafting, or related constructionExperience with kitchen and/or bathroom construction or installationLT3 / Raptor experience preferredStrong blueprint, schematic, measurement, and intermediate math skillsExcellent face-to-face customer service and communication skillsProfessional appearance and ability to work effectively with a wide range of customersValid driver's licenseMust be able to pass a background check Physical Requirements This position requires the ability to: Lift up to 50 lbs. Climb stairs and laddersKneel, bend, squat, twist, and stand for extended periodsWork comfortably in residential and commercial construction environments Schedule & Compensation Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM-3:30 PM $25-$35 per hour DOE Why FLOFORM?
