Job Description

The Counterintelligence Stakeholder Engagement Sr SME works with IT systems integrators and developers to manage IT portfolios of programs associated with intelligence support. They influence the development of solutions that impact strategic project/program goals and business results. They recommend and develop new technical solutions, products, and/or standards in support of function strategy and operations. They lead and manage the work of other technical staff that has significant impact on project results/outputs.

Basic Requirements

• Identifying and converting counterintelligence/security needs into capability requirements and documenting future collection architecture needs.
• Conduct stakeholder mapping and execute engagement plans.
• Engage stakeholders, related to intelligence support.
• Make recommendations to aid sponsor decision-making, to include proposed strategies and/or roadmaps; identified risks, capability and performance gaps, and dependencies; alignment with the strategic framework and priorities; and funding and related program issues.
• Aid government clients with programmatic goals and objectives, schedules, and reports to the senior-level executives.
• Communicate technical topics in a non-technical manner to senior-level audiences.

Basic Qualifications

• TS/SCI with Polygraph.
• Bachelor’s degree and 12 – 15 years of prior relevant experience, or Master’s degree with 10 – 13 years of prior relevant experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Draft products that reflect strong writing and grammatical skills.
• Knowledge of portfolio, program, and project management discipline.
• Familiarity with planning, programming, Budgeting, and execution discipline.
• Strong analytical competence, problem-solving, communication and organizational skills.

Pay Range

$116,350.00 - $210,325.00
