Counterintelligence Analyst SME
Primary Responsibilities
Provide subject matter expertise in offensive counterintelligence activities and initiatives, including strategy development.
Advise senior decision and policymakers on national priorities and advocate for counterintelligence activities in support of those priorities.
Understand the broad range of instruments of national power that can be leveraged to support national priorities.
Identify, draft, and staff national counterintelligence requirements for counterintelligence activities and other instruments of national power in support of national priorities.
Collaborate with IC analysts to assess the effectiveness and outcomes of operational activities.
Basic Qualifications
- TS/SCI with Polygraph
- Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and 12 – 15 years of prior relevant experience or Master’s with 10 – 13 years of prior relevant experience.
- Experience may be exchanged for degree requirements.
- Experience in offensive counterintelligence activities and strong working knowledge of U.S. counterintelligence programs across the IC.
- Ability to manage both strategic and tactical-level topics and develop innovative recommendations and solutions.
- Prominent record of advising senior leaders on sensitive intelligence and policy matters.
- Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills, with ability to convey complex issues effectively in both written and oral formats.
- Demonstrated experience navigating interagency processes and familiarity with IC organizations and staff processes.

Pay Range $116,350.00 - $210,325.00
