Counterintelligence Specialist

About the role

The Counterintelligence Specialist is responsible for conducting thorough investigations to identify and mitigate potential threats to national security. This role requires a deep understanding of intelligence gathering techniques and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive investigations into potential threats to national security
• Collaborate with other intelligence agencies to share information and coordinate efforts
• Develop and maintain relationships with key informants and sources
• Prepare detailed reports on findings and recommendations
• Stay current with emerging trends and technologies in counterintelligence

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Intelligence Studies, Security Studies, or a related field
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in counterintelligence or related field
• Proven ability to conduct thorough and independent investigations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance
• Experience working with sensitive and classified information
• Knowledge of intelligence gathering techniques and counterintelligence operations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Pay

Salary range: $80,000 - $100,000 annually

Full-time, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
