Counterintelligence Officer

About the role

Bespoke Technologies is seeking Counterintelligence (CI) Officers at all levels with a current TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance to conduct research, analysis, and investigations.

Responsibilities

• Research, analyze, and investigate complex counterintelligence issues using various research methods and tools
• Provide thorough and knowledgeable briefings on analysis results to customer management

Requirements

• Current/active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance
• Experience writing intelligence products and reports
• Experience conducting CI reviews and requirements
• Ability to apply CI and risk management principles
• Experience related to intelligence research and targeting work
• Demonstrated ability to research and analyze
• Demonstrated ability to organize and prioritize effectively
• Demonstrated ability to problem-solve
• Demonstrated ability to work on several tasks concurrently
• Strong analytic writing and editing skills
• Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment
• Demonstrated success in working in a high-paced, dynamic environment
• Experience collaborating and coordinating with multiple offices and agencies
• Experience supporting senior decision makers

Qualifications

• Level 2: 3 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree
• Level 3: 7 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree
• Level 4: 12 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree
• Level 5: 20 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree
