Counterintelligence (CI) Analyst - Team Lead
Responsibilities
- Manage the output of Threat Information Responses (TIRs) and supply chain threat assessments.
- Cook up coordination with the DCSA Threat Directorate and broader IC partners to validate threats against specific technologies or supply chains.
- Spot patterns in campaigns by adversarial nations to acquire specific U.S. technologies through front companies or investment.
- Ensure all intelligence products adhere to ICD 203 (Analytic Standards) and ICD 206 (Sourcing).
Requirements
- Experience 8+ years in Counterintelligence (CI) analysis, all-source intelligence, or supply chain risk management.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Intelligence Studies, International Security, or related field.
- Proven ability to apply IC tradecraft standards to business and vetting data.

The Counterintelligence (CI) Analyst Lead bridges the gap between industrial security and the Intelligence Community. You lead the Threat Integration Branch team, ensuring that vetting decisions are informed by the latest threat intelligence regarding Foreign Intelligence Entities (FIE) and supply chain vulnerabilities.
