Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service to guests by interacting with them, taking food orders, and ensuring a memorable dining experience.
• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently using our POS system.
• Enter guest orders accurately and ensure tickets are closed correctly.
• Provide accurate change and issue receipts upon request.
• Reconcile the cash drawer at the end of your shift.
• Answer customer questions and involve a manager when necessary to resolve issues.
• Maintain a clean and well-stocked work area, including preparing the station for opening, stocking paper goods and beverages, and changing receipt paper as needed.
• Clean the work area with disinfectant.
• Expedite guest orders occasionally.

Requirements

• Excellent interpersonal skills to greet and interact with guests according to service standards.
• Attention to detail, especially when handling transactions and maintaining the work area.
• Ability to use a POS system for order entry and payment processing.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
• Experience preferred but willing to train the right candidate.
