Requirements

• Must be at least 18+ years of age (21+ to work the spirits program)
• Previous spirits and wine knowledge is a plus
• Ability to always be positive, attentive, and hospitable
• Willingness to learn and grow
• Valid Responsible Beverage Serving (RBS) card
• Ability to work varied hours/days as business dictates
• Reliable transportation to work

Responsibilities

Counter Server team members ensure that each guest receives outstanding service by providing a guest-friendly environment. This includes but is not limited to:

• Greeting and acknowledging every guest in a positive manner
• Maintaining menu and product knowledge
• Keeping a clean and sanitary environment
• Upholding all components of the restaurant’s guest service standards
• Growing as part of a team
