Counter Sales & Warehouse Associate

Position Overview

This role combines customer service, counter sales, warehouse support, and occasional field sales activities. You'll assist customers with product selection, prepare orders, load materials, and help maintain efficient daily operations.

Job Duties

• Assist customers at the sales counter
• Process orders and answer product questions
• Load and unload construction materials
• Pull and prepare customer orders
• Maintain inventory and organization within the warehouse
• Deliver excellent customer service in person and over the phone
• Support outside sales efforts by building customer relationships

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Dependable with a good work ethic
• Forklift experience is a plus
• Construction or building materials knowledge is preferred but not required

Schedule & Pay

Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:00 PM • $15–$20 per hour, based on experience
