What You Will Do
- Serve as a key face-to-face contact for customers
- Sell merchandise to walk-in customers
- Service will-call orders
- Assist customers with their needs
- Learn about the wide variety of products offered
- Manage merchandise in the counter area
- Provide exemplary customer service
- Operate warehouse equipment safely
What You Bring
- Enthusiasm for customer service
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers
- Physical ability to work in a warehouse environment
- Knowledge of warehouse equipment operation and PPE use
- Two or more years of relevant experience preferred
