Counter Sales Representative

About the role

Join Bayside Electric Supply Co, Inc as a Counter Sales Representative where you'll work closely with customers to process sales orders for various electrical supplies. You will assist customers in person at the counter by identifying their needs, entering orders into our system, and coordinating with the warehouse team to fulfill orders promptly.

Responsibilities

• Identify customer needs and enter orders into the system
• Cook with the warehouse team to fulfill orders promptly
• Communicate clearly and professionally both in person and via phone, text or email
• Occasionally lift materials weighing 30-50 lbs
• Manage multiple customer requests efficiently with good organizational skills

Requirements

• Basic computer skills for order entry
• A friendly, outgoing personality with strong teamwork abilities
• Prior sales or customer service experience is preferred, but a willingness to learn and a customer-focused attitude will make you successful

Qualifications

Previous experience in electrical supplies is beneficial but not mandatory; we provide comprehensive training to help you succeed and grow with our company.
