Monday - Friday during business operating hours
Responsibilities
- Develops and implements strategic sales plans to accommodate corporate goals.
- Directs sales forecasting activities and sets performance goals accordingly.
- Reviews market analyses to determine customer needs.
- Directs staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales program.
- Directs channel development activity and coordinates sales distribution by establishing sales territories, quotas, and goals.
- Assigns sales territory to sales representatives.
- Analyzes sales statistics to formulate policy and assist in promoting sales.
- Delivers sales presentations to key clients in coordination with sales representatives.
- Meets with key clients, assisting sales representative with maintaining relationships and negotiating and closing deals.
- Coordinates liaison between sales department and other sales related units.
- Analyzes and controls expenditures of division to conform to budgetary requirements.
- Prepares periodic sales report showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion.
- Directs product research and development and presents to the inventory team as needed.
- Monitors and evaluates the activities and products of the competition.
- Regularly supervises day to day operation of at least two or more employees.
Requirements
Supervisory Responsibilities
- Directly supervises at least two or more employees.
- Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
- Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
- Knowledge of electrical product lines is highly desirable, but can be taught to the right candidate.
- Previous experience and proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word is a must.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-task environment.
- Work well with a team.
- A positive attitude with a desire to go the extra mile.

Pay
Starting at $62,500 or more based on experience.
