Compensation
On Target Earnings: $80,000 – $100,000 (Uncapped)
Base Salary: $50,000 – $60,000
Growth: We have a multi-tiered career path. As you grow your territory, there are opportunities for higher base salaries and significantly higher earning potential.

Essential Functions
- Build the business through cold calling, networking, and building referral relationships.
- Sustain rapport with key accounts by making periodic visits; exploring specific needs; anticipating new opportunities.
- Proactively move potential clients through the sales process using the Zoho CRM effectively and efficiently.
- Work autonomously, managing your own schedule, and using a CRM (HubSpot) to keep your pipeline organized.
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; and participating in professional societies.
- Record daily activities in HubSpot.
- Protects the organization's value by keeping information confidential.
Requirements
- A 4 Year degree in Business, finance, or marketing or equivalent experience (Preferred)
- A minimum of 2 years successful B2B sales experience
- Outstanding interpersonal, organizational and sales skills
- Excellent ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy, fast-growth environment
- Exhibit extraordinary discretion, flexibility and willingness to work closely with our senior management team.
