Responsibilities
- Take customers sales orders
- Create relationships with customers and associates
- Create customer value through ultimate customer service
- Drive 100% customer loyalty and satisfaction
- Support the operations of the branch and branch manager
- Provide an excellent customer experience
Qualifications
- Local market knowledge (preferred but not required)
- 1-3 years of counter experience in HVAC wholesale distribution (preferred but not required)
- Great customer service and communication skills
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Pass pre-employment screening
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds
- Ability to sit for 20+ minutes at a time
- Ability to push, pull at least 20+ pounds
- Ability to reach, bend, twist, kneel, crouch or crawl
- Ability to operate heavy machinery such as forklifts, pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment
