Responsibilities
- Takes customers sales orders
- Builds relationships with customers and associates
- Creates customer value with ultimate customer service
- Drives 100% customer loyalty and satisfaction
- Supports the operations of the branch and branch manager
- Provides an excellent customer experience
Qualifications
- Possesses local market knowledge (preferred but not required)
- Has 1-3 years of counter experience in HVAC wholesale distribution (preferred but not required)
- Exhibits great customer service and communication skills
- Capable of working in a fast-paced environment
- Passes pre-employment screening
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds
- Ability to sit for 20+ minutes at a time
- Ability to push, pull at least 20+ pounds
- Ability to reach, bend, twist, kneel, crouch or crawl
- Ability to operate heavy machinery such as forklifts, pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment
