About the role

Serve as the friendly face for customers purchasing electrical products, ensuring quick and efficient service.

Responsibilities

• Take orders via in-person, phone, and email communication
• Greet and assist customers entering the branch
• Collaborate with customers to fulfill orders
• Load products into vehicles or delivery trucks
• Provide product information (training provided)
• Support back-of-store warehouse activities as needed

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds with equipment
• Basic computer skills for order entry
• Willingness to learn through on-the-job training
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without VISA sponsorship

• Sales or retail experience
• Customer service background
