Counter Sales Associate / Delivery Driver (Non CDL)

Responsibilities

• Serves as a trusted guide, advising customers on the tools, hardware, and materials needed to successfully complete their projects.
• Demonstrates equipment use to build customer confidence.
• Manages order entry and processes transactions.
• Coordinates with customers and team members to provide helpful information on costs and delivery.
• Maintains a positive work atmosphere by acting and communicating in a supportive manner with customers, vendors, and colleagues.
• Stocks shelves and maintains welcoming showroom displays to provide an excellent customer experience.
• Covers cylinder movement and pallet organization.

Requirements

• HS Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid Regular Drivers License.
• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in product, warehouse, or sales environments (equivalent combination of education and unique life experience may also be considered).
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
• Must be able to operate in a drug-free workplace.

Qualifications

• Required Qualifications:
• HS Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid Regular Drivers License.
• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in product, warehouse, or sales environments (we also value an equivalent combination of education and unique life experience).
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
• Must be able to operate in a drug-free workplace.
• Preferred Qualifications:
• A background in gas, welding, or safety supplies is a wonderful asset.
• Familiarity with SAP, Google, or MS Office Applications.
• A detailed understanding of SAP and PROS functionalities.
• The ability to communicate clearly and warmly with a wide variety of people from different backgrounds.
• Experience in industrial retail, inside sales, or inventory control is a plus.
• Attention to detail in handling transactions.
• Availability for occasional overtime when the team needs extra support.
• Skilled in using a pallet jack, forklift and other warehouse equipment.

$26/hr-$29/hr

Monday - Friday, no weekend work!
