Counter Proliferation Breaching Operations SME

Responsibilities

The Counter Proliferation Breaching Operations SME’s Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Affords assistance to the SGM and Deputy for Breaching as the CP Breaching SME, collaborating with government partners, academic laboratories, and private industry to develop new tools and technology in support of Heavy Breaching to counter weapons of mass destruction within the SOF explosive and mechanical breaching community.
• Prepares and develops new requirements documentation such as Initial Capabilities Documents (ICD), Capabilities Development Documents (CDD), SPECAT messages, Basis of Issue Plans (BOIP), Test Plans, and updates Project Folders.

Required Qualifications

• Background in heavy explosive and mechanical breaching operations (particularly SOF) with knowledge of breaching and entry techniques, tactics, & procedures.
• Bachelor or Masters Degree.
• Minimum of 12 Years of Experience.
• Strong writing, editing, and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to understand and interpret complex government contract requirements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with proposal management tools (e.g., SharePoint, Adobe Acrobat).
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Security Clearance Requirements

• Active Top Secret with Sensitive Compartmented Information eligibility.
