Intelligence Operations SME

Travel Required: Up to 10%

Clearance Required: Active Top Secret SCI (TS/SCI)

Responsibilities

• Provide technical subject matter expertise to a team performing a comprehensive assessment of a federal organization.
• Assist in the development of an integrated plan for modernization of a geographically distributed workforce.
• Identify operational/programmatic synergies with agencies having overlapping mission spaces.
• Create improved methods of information-sharing governance and reporting.
• Communicate fact-based assessment findings, measures of successful implementation of improvements, and tightly regulated procedures to Federal C-suite clients.

Requirements

• An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED "TOP SECRET/SCI (TS/SCI)" Federal or DoD security clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Ten (10) or more years of experience supporting DHS, DoD, or the Intelligence Community.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in intelligence, national security, public policy, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
• Experience conducting all-source intelligence analysis and producing actionable insights for senior stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to support complex federal programs, including stakeholder coordination and mission-focused reporting.
• Experience supporting TSA, DHS Headquarters, or interagency intelligence operations.
• Experience leading or supporting cross-functional teams in a program or project environment.
• Familiarity with information-sharing environments (e.g., HSIN) and governance or collaboration frameworks.
• Experience delivering executive-level briefings and supporting senior decision-making.
• Exposure to operational modernization, process improvement, or organizational transformation initiatives.
