Responsibilities
- Accurately track incoming orders and special instructions to enable cleaning staff to perform their jobs properly and ensure customers receive complete outgoing orders without problems.
- Take clear instructions from customers, make change, and process credit card payments correctly while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Attach tags to incoming garments and provide a correlating ticket to the customer, using tags and tickets to track garment ownership and ensure orders are ready for pickup when promised.
