Responsibilities

• Perform customer service activities including receiving and entering of telephone orders, answering questions, and tracking order status and product shipments
• Serve in-store customers by performing counter sales
• Mix paint and prepare customer orders for delivery/pick-up (aprons and gloves provided)
• Reconcile inventory and stock merchandise in store
• Support outside sales team by providing sales support
• Manage customer records and files, including accurate account setup and pricing
• Prepare paint orders, including mixing, using standard and custom formulas
• Clean and maintain all areas and equipment as assigned, ensuring maintenance of mixing equipment as needed
• Operate in a professional manner to meet customers' quality and service expectations
• Manage Color Room records, including non-conformance reports, tint usage, can usage, mis-tints, etc., and perform necessary inventory transfers

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED required
• 1+ year(s) of Customer Service, Inside Sales, or Counter Sales preferred
• Team player with great customer service skills
• Clean driving record and valid license
• Able to lift at least 50 lbs.
• Tolerant to the smell of paint

Qualifications

• Pass a drug screen and meet acceptable Motor Vehicle Report requirements upon hiring

• Weekday schedule: 8am-4:30pm
