Community Counselor – Towanda, PA Full-Time | Flexible Scheduling | Free Clinical Supervision $1,500 Signing Bonus paid at 90 Days Adelphoi is seeking a passionate Community Counselor to join our Family Relationship Coaching program in Bradford County. If you have a Bachelor’s in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field, and want to make a difference in the lives of youth and families, we want to hear from you! What You’ll Do As a Community Counselor, you'll work alongside youth, families, caregivers, and community partners to help strengthen family relationships and improve outcomes for children. Deliver prevention, intervention, and reintegration services to youth and families Develop and manage individualized treatment plans Provide supervision and oversight to parents and their children during family visits Mentor caregivers in parenting Respond to crises and maintain accurate documentation Collaborate with stakeholders and attend court hearings Uphold Trauma-Informed Care principles in all aspects of service delivery What You’ll Need Bachelor’s degree in a related field Strong communication and tech skills Valid driver’s license and ability to travel Ability to work independently and manage working evenings and 1 weekend-day of your choosing per week Empathy, active listening, and critical thinking skills Why Adelphoi?
