Counselor / Therapist LMHC LPCC LMSW LCSW

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care.
• Participate in case conferences, staff meetings, and continuing education.
• Provide crisis intervention services as needed.
• Stay informed of best practices and developments in the field of mental health.
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations regarding clinical practices.

Qualifications

• Required - Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Required - Must hold an active license as an LCSW, LPCC, LMHC, or LMSW in the state of New Mexico.
• Strong clinical assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) and telehealth platforms.
