About the role

We are seeking a compassionate and licensed Therapist (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent Wisconsin behavioral health licensure) to provide comprehensive behavioral health services for adults receiving residential treatment for substance use disorders. The Therapist will conduct assessments, provide individual and group counseling, facilitate therapeutic programming, and collaborate with the Clinical Director to develop treatment and discharge plans. This role is ideal for a clinician experienced in working with individuals experiencing substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders within a residential treatment setting.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and evaluate client needs.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide individual, group, and family therapy.
  • Facilitate psychoeducational groups, therapeutic activities, community meetings, and wellness programs.
  • Monitor client progress and document counseling sessions accurately and timely.

Qualifications

  • Active Wisconsin licensure in one of the following:
    • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
    • Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
    • Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
    • Equivalent Wisconsin behavioral health license
  • Minimum 1 year of clinical experience working with individuals with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders.
  • Experience providing integrated behavioral health treatment.
  • Strong crisis intervention and de-escalation skills.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
