Counselor / Therapist Full Time (Op)

About the role

Join Our Clinical Team as an Outpatient Counselor! Location: California Facility, 44871 Saint Andrews Church Road Salary Range: $45,000 - $66,000 per year Summary: We offer outpatient treatment and intensive outpatient treatment (IOP) for individuals dealing with substance use disorders, mental health disorders, co-occurring disorders, and problem gambling. Our facility also provides psychiatric services for clients requiring medication management.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate behavioral, emotional, cognitive, spiritual, and social needs of clients.
• Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
• Facilitate all clinical services for clients, including individual and family sessions, therapeutic groups, and communication with referral sources/outpatient providers.
• Provide detailed and personalized aftercare planning and community outreach resources/referrals.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field.
• Licensure: One of the following licenses: LCADC, LCSW-C, CAC-AD, CSC-AD, LCPC.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in behavioral healthcare or related field.
• Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, ability to build rapport with clients, and proficiency in evidence-based practices.
