Counselor/ Therapist Full Time

About the role

Join Our Clinical Team as a IP Counselor! Location: California Facility 44871 Saint Andrews Church Road Salary Range: $45,000 - $65,000 per year Summary: Come join our clinical team at Walden, a Pyramid Healthcare organization in California, MD!

Responsibilities

• Evaluate behavioral, emotional, cognitive, spiritual, and social needs of clients.
• Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
• Facilitate all clinical services for clients, including individual and family sessions, therapeutic groups, and communication with referral sources/outpatient providers.
• Provide detailed and personalized aftercare planning and community outreach resources/referrals.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field.
• Clinical Licensure: One of the following: LCADC, LCSW-C, CAC-AD, CSC-AD, LCPC.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in behavioral healthcare or related field.
• Other: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Skills

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of evidence-based practices in behavioral healthcare.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
