Responsibilities
- Makes client safety rounds, including ADL monitoring and coaching (life skills, communication skills, community integration, etc.)
- Facilitates structured activities with clients in accordance with their goals and treatment plan
- Maintains cleanliness of the program space
- Safeguards Protected Health Information (written and electronically) and maintains confidentiality
- This may include providing written documentation, scanning and/or uploading records into the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system
- This may also include requesting and/or releasing client information or medical records
Requirements
- Availability to work a FT schedule (40 hours per week)
- Mon-Fri 7A-3:30P
- All new hires are required to attend a one-week ReDiscover orientation as part of the onboarding process
- A High School Diploma or GED
- A valid Missouri Class E automobile operator’s license (or equivalent license in another state)
- Must carry all appropriate insurance on the vehicle being driven, necessary to comply with Missouri or Kansas State Law
- Working knowledge of mental illness and substance use disorders preferred
- Excellent customer service skills with a recovery focus
- Strong written, oral and interpersonal communication skills
- Intermediate computer skills in typing/keyboarding, Microsoft Word and Excel programs as well as the use of email
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
