The role involves working in outpatient substance use treatment, emergency response teams, crisis triage, integrated behavioral health, detention center crisis assessment, family therapy, inpatient units, and youth programs. Candidates should hold a provisional license in Counseling or Social Work for entry-level roles, or LMSW, LPC, LMHC, LPCC, or LCSW for clinical positions, with relevant certifications such as CPR, a valid driver’s license, and clearance requirements. Key skills include strong decision-making, clinical assessment, crisis management, and teamwork.
