Counselor Social Worker

We are seeking a Counselor, Social Worker, or Clinical Professional to provide psychosocial evaluation, diagnosis, counseling, crisis intervention, and case management across diverse clinical settings. Responsibilities include delivering high-quality patient care to pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric populations, ensuring adherence to policies, and offering clinical training to provisional staff, students, and interns. Key programs encompass outpatient substance use treatment, crisis triage, behavioral response team, integrated behavioral health, inpatient units, and community-based family therapy. Clinicians will conduct assessments, safety planning, individual and group therapy, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams. Qualifications require appropriate licensure (Provisional, LMSW, LPC, LMHC, LPCC, LCSW, or PhD), CPR certification, a valid driver’s license, and UNM vehicle permit. Skills include strong clinical judgment, decision-making, cultural competence, and the ability to work independently in high-intensity environments. Additional duties involve crisis management, stabilizing patients, and supporting community reintegration, with opportunities for part-time, PRN, and specialized program roles.
