Be a Hero After the Bell Rings! Join the YMCA of Greater Richmond. Are you ready to make a difference after the school day? The YMCA of Greater Richmond is looking for positive, energetic role models to join our team in the Echo Lake Elementary Afterschool Program, located at Echo Lake Elementary.

Responsibilities

• Create fun, engaging activities that help kids grow and thrive
• Support youth development through structured play, learning, and leadership
• Supervise and inspire a group of awesome school-age children
• Be a trusted mentor and a daily highlight in a child's life

Requirements

• A positive attitude and a passion for working with kids
• Reliability, creativity, and energy to spare
• Must be 18 with a high school diploma or GED
• 6 months of experience is required (enthusiasm matters most)

Pay

Salary Range: $16-16.50 per hour

Hours: Weekdays - 2:30pm-6:00pm
