About the role
The YMCA of Greater Richmond seeks enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to serve as Before & After-School Child Care Leaders at multiple school sites across the Greater Richmond area.
Responsibilities
- Create fun, engaging activities that foster growth and development in children.
- Support youth development through structured play, learning, and leadership activities.
- Supervise and inspire a group of school-age children.
- Serve as a trusted mentor and daily positive influence for children.
Requirements
- A positive attitude and a passion for working with kids.
- Reliable, creative, and energetic personality.
- Must be 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED.
- Six months of relevant experience is required, but enthusiasm is key!
