Signet Health is partnering with Princeton Community Hospital to recruit a WV-licensed therapist for their Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP). The IOP Coordinator will handle both administrative and clinical duties, reporting directly to the Program Director.
About the role
Provides assessment and intervention to assist clients and families in addressing social and economic difficulties that interfere with health and wellness. This is achieved through the casework process, therapeutic principles, strategies, and community resources.
Responsibilities
- Complete psychosocial assessments; implement and review treatment/discharge plans.
- Facilitate a behavioral health IOP 3 days per week, 3 hours per day.
- Facilitate and conduct daily group therapy sessions, family therapy, and individual therapy.
- Maintain medical records and department case documentation, including barriers to goal attainment, progress against goals, and patient/family response.
- Maintain effective operations by following policies and procedures; participate in quality reviews; report areas requiring change or improvement.
- Collaborate with the Medical Director on admissions and treatment goals.
- Actively participate in multi-disciplinary treatment teams.
- Develop initial treatment plans with patients and conduct ongoing treatment plan reviews.
- Conduct individual psychotherapy sessions in the traditional outpatient clinic.
Requirements
- Master's level licensure as a Social Worker or Counselor is required (LCSW, LICSW, LPC, or Psychologist; supervised Psychologists through the WV Psychology Board of Examiners are invited to apply).
- 3+ years of related work experience.
- Expertise in the needs of geriatric and adult populations; strong therapy and assessment skills.
- Experience in performing brief short-term therapy (e.g., cognitive behavioral therapy or solution-focused therapy).
- Experience developing therapeutic materials preferred.
Pay
Starting salary range is $55,099.00 – $82,638.00, depending on experience.
