About the Role
Diversus Health is hiring licensed clinicians (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) to join one of our specialty behavioral health teams in Colorado Springs, CO. This full-time, exempt position offers a clinically rigorous, multi-disciplinary environment where experienced therapists can apply advanced skills in assessment, intervention, and outcomes-driven care across diverse practice models—from outpatient therapy to crisis response and community-based care.

Responsibilities
- Conduct diagnostic assessments and clinical formulation
- Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions appropriate to setting and population
- Deliver crisis intervention and safety planning as needed
- Maintain timely, compliant, and clinically sound documentation
- Collaborate within a team-based care model to support client outcomes
Requirements
- Active Colorado license (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) in good standing
- Experience in therapy, assessment, and/or crisis intervention
- Strong clinical judgment and comfort working with varied acuity levels
- Ability to work independently while contributing to team-based care

- Deliver evidence-based treatment across individual, couples, and group therapy
- Substance use programming includes:

- Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) | Jet Wing
- Intensive, community-based care for individuals with severe and persistent mental illness (SPMI)
- Work within a highly collaborative, multidisciplinary team model
- Deliver care primarily in home and community settings with a strong focus on engagement
- Youth & Family Counseling | Parkside
- Provide therapy to children, adolescents, and families
- Modalities include:
- Individual therapy
- Family therapy
- Play therapy
- Skills groups
- Strong collaboration with schools and community partners
- Same Day Access (SDA) Intake Team
- Intake-focused role (no caseload)
- Complete diagnostic assessments, treatment plans, and service recommendations
- Work with children, adolescents, and adults across mental health and substance use needs
