About the role

Responsibilities

• Complete assessment of each client
• Initiate and sustain each individual’s motivation to participate in treatment
• Develop a comprehensive service plan for each client
• Provide daily treatment and curriculum-based education groups

Qualifications

• IAODAPCA certification CADC, or above
• LSW, LCSW, LPC, or LCPC
• Ability to promote positive behavior and manage resistant behavior
• Physical ability to safely and effectively manage aggressive behavior
• Assertiveness, confidence, and leadership abilities
• Effective oral and written communication skills
• Effective time management skills
• At least twenty-one (21) years of age
• Valid Driver's License
• Physical exam that includes TB and drug testing
• Satisfactory completion of background screening and applicable pre-employment checks
• Ability to work with computers and the necessary software
