    Responsibilities

[We could maybe list specific duties but we already covered many in About the role. To avoid duplication, maybe we keep About the role as summary and Responsibilities as bullet list of key duties: Provide clinical counseling to children/families in COP program; deliver individualized, recovery‑focused interventions; collaborate with psychiatry, case managers, wraparound facilitators, homeless services; document service notes; ensure annual client‑facing hours of 1,410; be prepared to provide essential services during emergencies.] But we must not invent or summarize away detail; we need to preserve all substantive information. The About the role already contains many details; we could keep that as About the role and not repeat. However we need a Responsibilities section only if there is real specific content not already covered. The posting includes many responsibilities embedded in the summary. To avoid duplication, we could treat the whole block as Responsibilities and not have About the role. But we need to follow instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we could have just Pay, Benefits, Responsibilities, Qualifications. That would be four sections. The About the role content could go under Responsibilities. That seems okay. Thus we will have:

    Pay

    $80,000 per year

    Benefits

      ...

    Responsibilities

All the detailed description about counseling, field-based, client hours, emergency services, collaboration, documentation, etc.

    Qualifications
