Responsibilities
- Facilitating group programming and meetings
- Conducting individual counseling sessions
- Providing case management services
- Completing clinical documentation
- Conducting comprehensive assessments and individual treatment plans
- Participating in multi-disciplinary treatment planning, case reviews, and conferences
- Collaborating with Virginia Department of Corrections personnel to ensure quality service delivery and a healing environment
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Services field
- State certification as a Substance Abuse Counselor (CSAC) in the state of Virginia or equivalent recognized by the Virginia Board of Professional Counselors within two years of signing job description

Pay and Schedule
- Pay Rate: $28.846/hr. ($60,000 annually)
- Pay Rate with CSAC, CADC, or equivalent license/certification: $31.25/hr. ($65,000 annually)
- Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:15 am – 4:15 pm with a 1-hour lunch break
