Counselor

About the role

The Counselor position at Glasscock County ISD is open until filled and offers full-time employment with very competitive compensation.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group counseling services to students
• Assist in developing and implementing school-wide programs to promote student success
• Maintain accurate records and reports as required by state and federal regulations
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other staff members to support student needs

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Counseling or related field
• Valid Texas teaching certificate
• Experience in educational settings preferred

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
