About the role

RAMAR – Men’s Residential is seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Treatment Intake – Becoming a Client. This position involves screening potential clients, conducting intake assessments, and ensuring they are connected to appropriate services.

Responsibilities

• Screening potential clients
• Conducting intake assessments
• Connecting clients to appropriate services
• Maintaining client records
• Collaborating with other team members to ensure seamless service delivery

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Experience in mental health or substance abuse treatment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation (for some positions)

Qualifications

• Knowledge of addiction treatment principles
• Understanding of mental health disorders
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
• Passion for helping others
